For renovations and new builds, we can work from your architectural plans to create a detailed electrical layout showing where everything is going and what is required.
We can then use that plan to build a clear, itemised estimate, so you can see where the electrical budget is going and make changes before installation starts.
Want extra power points, feature lighting or USB outlets? Add them to the plan. Need to bring the budget down? We can look at different options before anything is installed.
The result is fewer surprises, fewer variations and a much clearer electrical budget from the start.

In many homes, it's not always clear which circuit breaker controls which lights, power points or areas of the property.
We can create an as-built electrical plan showing your property's electrical layout, circuit references and what each circuit at the switchboard supplies.
Instead of switching breakers on and off trying to find the right circuit, you'll have a clear reference showing how your electrical installation is laid out.
It's particularly useful for larger homes and properties that have been renovated or extended over the years.

Electrical planning is carried out by Andrew Baker, a Registered Electrician with over 30 years of experience, registered with the Electrical Workers Registration Board. All installation work that follows is carried out by, or supervised by, Registered Electricians and backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
It's not compulsory, but planning your electrical layout before construction begins can help avoid costly changes later. We can work from your architectural plans to plan lighting, power, switching and other electrical requirements, then provide clear pricing before work starts.
Yes. Send us your plans and we can work through the electrical requirements with you, including lighting, power points, switching, feature lighting and future provisions. We can also coordinate with your builder, architect or designer where required.
Yes. We can create an as-built electrical plan showing power points, lighting, circuit information and which circuits at your switchboard supply different areas of your property. This is particularly useful for larger homes or properties that have been renovated or extended over time.
QR Electrical Information keeps important electrical information connected to your property. A QR code located at your switchboard can provide quick access to information such as as-built plans, circuit details and compliance documentation.
Yes. We can create custom reference plans for schools, commercial buildings and larger properties showing the location of switchboards, distribution boards, daylight cells, lighting controls and other important electrical equipment. This can make future maintenance and fault finding much faster.
Yes. Every installation we complete is backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. Any products or materials we supply are also covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
For smaller new builds and renovations, we aim to provide your quotation within 24 hours, provided we have your PDF plans and the information we need. Larger projects and custom property or commercial reference plans take a little more time, but we aim to have these completed within 72 hours.
