Electrical and property maintenance made easier
Alongside our electrical maintenance, we can take care of many of those small jobs around your property that would otherwise mean organising another contractor.
If we're already there and it's something we can safely take care of, we're happy to help.

Making property maintenance easier
We're already there, so why call someone else?
Small maintenance jobs can be surprisingly expensive when you have to organise a separate contractor for every repair.
If we're already at your property carrying out electrical work, we're happy to help with those smaller jobs while we're there.
We've got the tools, practical experience and problem-solving skills to take care of many straightforward property repairs, saving you the time and cost of arranging another call-out.
See something else that needs fixing? Just ask us while we're there.

How do you make every maintenance visit count?
If we're already at your property carrying out electrical work, it makes sense to take care of a few other small maintenance jobs at the same time. One visit means fewer contractors to organise, fewer call-out costs and more jobs crossed off your list.

- Exterior lighting
- Electrical fault finding
Property

For property managers & landlords
Fewer contractors, less organising
Managing property maintenance often means coordinating several contractors for a collection of relatively small jobs.
Where it makes sense, we can take care of minor property repairs alongside the electrical work we're already completing, giving you one less contractor to organise and one less visit to arrange with your tenant.
Send us the electrical work and any smaller maintenance items together. We'll tell you what we can handle and what may need a specialist trade.
What that means for you
- One point of contact
- Fewer separate site visits
- Photos can be sent before we arrive
- Electrical and minor maintenance completed together
- Clear communication about what we've completed

Proactive property maintenance
Why are small repairs easier before they become big ones?
A loose handle, damaged fitting or small electrical fault might not seem urgent today, but leaving minor maintenance can eventually lead to larger and more expensive repairs.
When we're working at your property, we'll keep an eye out for obvious maintenance issues and let you know if we see something that may need attention.
You decide what gets done, our job is simply to help you stay ahead of it.

What we will and will not take on
We are practical electricians, and we do not pretend to be every trade. We are happy to take care of straightforward maintenance jobs that are within our skills and can be completed safely. If a job needs a builder, plumber, glazier, locksmith or another specialist, we will tell you, and where we can we will point you to a local tradesperson we know and trust.
Electrical work is carried out to AS/NZS 3000, the wiring standard New Zealand electrical work is done to, by or under the supervision of Registered Electricians. Electrical Plus is led by Andrew Baker, a Registered Electrician with over 30 years of experience, registered with the Electrical Workers Registration Board. Our electrical workmanship is backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.

Yes. We regularly work with well-known property managers across Auckland's North Shore, helping maintain rental properties with both electrical work and suitable minor property repairs. By taking care of multiple jobs during the same visit, we can help reduce the number of contractors, call-outs and tenant appointments that need to be organised.
Yes. If we notice an obvious maintenance issue while we're working at your property, we'll let you know. You decide whether you'd like us to take care of it where it's within our skill set.
We'll tell you. We're happy to take care of straightforward maintenance jobs we can complete safely, but if something requires a builder, plumber, glazier, locksmith or another specialist, we'll recommend the right trade.
